floating

I rolled out of bed around 1:30 PM after Lance woke me up by phone call.
I was dreading the fact that I had to study all day, once again.
I started the day out with a run/walk to clear my mind.

I got about 4 hours of studying in and then I got a call from Stesha.
She invited me over to swim.
I studied by the pool.

Once I got in the pool, Stesha quizzed me on Adult Health material.

I'm pretty sure it helped.
She is very good at picking out important information and drilling it into my brain.
Tomorrow is my last day off before the exam and I have a lot of info to tackle.
I am feeling a bit better after yesterday's slump.
I know a lot of it had to do with the loss of one of my dear friends from Romania.
He drowned 2 days ago in a lake in Arkansas.
He was one of my translators back in 2008 and shortly after that he moved to the states to start a pre-med degree. He was one of the most motivated kids I had ever met. He talked about how much he wanted to be a doctor and return to Romania to help his community. He always made me laugh and was the kindest guy I'd ever met. =(
This reminds me of how precious life really is. You never know when someone's life could end or be taken away.
If you love someone, let them know.
