DOWN with UPS

I woke up earlier than expected today (before 1..haha) and I decided to get some things done procrastinate studying for Adult Health.

Alley has been up for her yearly rabies shot for a month now.
I finally got that taken care of.

I believe she was excited to get out of the house. She got in her crate all by herself.

After her appointment, I dropped her back off at home. I drove up to school to drop off my Standardized Patient Assignment and then began the drive to the UPS store.
I went 30 minutes out of my way to attempt to pick up a package. The package contained the two maternity books that I ordered last week. UPS tried to deliver it to me on Wednesday at 10:30 in the morning. For some reason I needed to sign for it. So, they left a note saying they would bring it for a second attempt on Thursday...same time.
Really?
If I'm not there at 10:30 AM on a Wednesday, do you really think I'll be there on a Thursday at the same time?
Apparently so, they did the same thing and then brought it again on Friday.
I decided to go pick it up today at the UPS place.
They didn't open until 3...something I learned once I got there. Luckily I arrived at 2:45...so I only had to wait 15 minutes.
There was already a line once I entered the building. A man was trying to send a box that was over 200 lbs full of "clothes". I used the same size boxes when I moved and there is NO WAY that box was full of clothes and weighed that much. The guy at the counter told the man there was no possible way he could ship a box that heavy. The man became angry and I got to witness it all.
Once it was my turn, the UPS man told me my package was already being sent to the seller.
Great.
I'm glad I drove an hour out of my way in the shady part of town.
I was lucky enough to get stuck in traffic on my way back home...merge to one lane PLEASE.
ugh

Once I got home and settled down I was ok. I contacted Amazon and I'm getting a full refund. I ordered the books once again along with the rest of my textbooks that are now listed.

I received my Pharm grade and I'm very pleased. I'm glad last week's disaster turned into something good.

I went for a run and saw a bunny rabbit. I've seen some before, but they never sit still long enough for a pic.
It was my lucky day.

Once again, I've managed to put off studying as long as possible.
It looks like tomorrow is going to be a full day of studying Adult Health.

Oh! I forgot to mention I finished my Family Health Assessment assignment for Health Promotion/Disease Prevention. The assignment is half of our grade. I'm so glad it is out of the way.
