Monday was spent finishing up the endocrine chapter in my Patho book.
I went for a run/walk and found some things.

my finished review for the endocrine chapter |
Monday was the last day of lecture. N201 ran a little longer than normal so we wouldn't need to come next week. That way we have until 1PM to study for the patho exam next Tuesday.
the list of things we found disturbing at our first clinical experience |
The professors were especially perky in our last Patho lecture. Hey, we were too!
I could not believe I would never have to sit through another Patho lecture again.
We finished the endocrine lecture and then worked on a complex case. This made up person had just about everything wrong with them that we had learned this semester. Poor made up dude.
I stayed after class for our interviews for the global emersion stuff. I had originally planned on staying local, but they opened up a trip to Honduras. I was interested so I had an interview. There are 8 of us that want a spot and there are only 4 slots. We'll see what happens.
Stesha and I walked over to West Campus to get our bracelets for LDOC 2011. LDOC= Last Day of Classes
I also picked up a T-shirt. I should have taken a pic of it.
I went straight to the grocery store to get some food to last me until I head home next week.
I unloaded and hit the trail.
Another run/walk.
the application shut off at one point..but I was out there for an hour |
I had planned on starting a new chapter of Patho, but it was already 9 PM. I submitted my stats final and finished up my last Theoretical Assignment. I then submitted my polished philosophy statement for N201. I have now submitted all my work for the semester. I just need to take 2 finals and I'll be done.
Wednesday (officially the last day of classes) we had to take our ATI exam for fundamentals.
I was ready:

saw this dude on the way to class |
The great thing about the exam is it was only an hour long. We got to look at our first two exams to brush up a bit for the final. It was only 10 AM and they were giving out breakfast on the main quad as part of LDOC. We scooted on over there and got some.
setting up for the Ludacris concert |

LDOC is a whole day's worth of activities. I needed to get some things done so I came home.
I went for a jog/walk.
It was so nice and sunny...and then I got dumped on. The clouds rolled over and it was thundering pretty loud. I ran home in a downpour.
Monday night I had ordered my books for next semester on Amazon. I received the first two thanks to prime 2 day free shipping!
I had originally planned on going to the Ludacris concert, but I was extremely tired. It was also 1000 degrees outside and did I mention raining?
I slept in this morning and then did 4 straight hours of Patho. It might have been a new record...haha.
I then went for a stroll and found some baby geese!
someone bagged their dog's poo, but left it...pointless |
once again the application shut off and this should say an hour |
After my stroll, I cleaned my townhouse from top to bottom. It took me a little over 3 hours and I am worn out.
No more clutter.
