300 days until I'm done

From the moment I woke up until now I have been studying Pharmacology. 

I watched 2 lectures back to back and I feel like my brain just can't take anymore.

It is kind of nice that the professors record the lectures so we can go back and listen to them again. It helps quite a bit. 

I'm finishing up my evening by watching Awakenings. 

Ironically, it is a movie mentioned in one of the Pharm lectures. 

I'm not far enough into it to know exactly what the movie is about. It was on TV the other day and I hit the record button. Now I get to relax for another hour or so before I go to bed.

I have to be up bright and early for a mental health clinical. 

I emailed 2 of my professors I will have next semester to figure out what the schedule will look like the first week we start back up. I'm in a wedding over the Labor Day weekend and I don't want to miss any of the wedding festivities or anything really important for school. It's a balancing act that I'm trying to perfect. 

So far, so good.

I found out that I have no clinical on the first Friday and we don't have clinical "bootcamp" until the following Tuesday. That means I can fly home that Thursday and have time to relax before the wedding weekend begins. 

It's going to be a crazy time. I plan on flying home Aug 14th and flying back here Aug 29th. Then 3 days later on Sept 1st I will be flying right back home to stay 4 more days. 

I cannot wait to be back home for almost a total of 3 weeks!


Something I really miss today: 7-11
Why?
Because today is 7/11 and they give out free slurpees at 7-11.
The closest one is in Virginia =(
