Plan of Care

The past week I have been kept up by the horrible sound of cicadas. Ew.

I know for some it is a welcomed noise in the summertime. For me, they are the enemy! 

I woke up at the late hour of 1 pm and rolled out of bed.

I had a quick bite to eat and headed up to school to work on my Plan of Care paper.

It's nice that we have access to the nursing building with our ID badges. I've never really had to use it, but it's great. I cannot access Duke's Hospital policies from home so I needed to use one of the computers up in the lab. After I found a procedure and a research article, I was out of there.

I needed some froyo. 

I went for my first walk in who knows how long.

It was a great mental booster.

I had to get back to work.

I finished a big majority of my paper....and then took my Pharm quiz for the week.

Tomorrow has been designated for pharm studying. I've got an exam in there on Thursday. 

I'm not used to two day weekends...so I'm having a hard time getting everything done for the week.
