It's FRIDAY!

Of course in nursing school world...this means absolutely nothing!

I have Sunday and Tuesday off this "weekend".

I have been stressing out about the Research class I am taking online. I don't particularly like research. 

My first paper in that class is due the 26th and I wanted to get started on it. My Mom is in town that weekend and I didn't want it hanging over my head. 

I got to working on it after class yesterday and finished it 3 hours later! whoop!

I submitted it and then went for a run.

I noticed some new flowers popped up on my trail:

I had dinner and spaced out for a bit and watched one of my DVR'd shows.

I decided to get some Maternity reading done and spent about an hour on it. I had planned on taking the quiz tonight, but my brain is mush after a long day.

I spent a big chunk of the day (when I wasn't busy) gathering information for my plan of care that is due in a couple of weeks. I'm really trying to get things done early this semester.

During post-conference today a little squirrel decided to be extra friendly. 

My CI fed him a piece of her lunch.

I've noticed that after long days my cat really likes to snuggle. She actually lets me hold her and takes it all in =)

The weather is AMAZING today. I had to wear my big, fluffy, white jacket this morning to keep warm...and I love it!

I went for a run and had to put on a long sleeve shirt.

Fall is rolling on in here in Durham and I couldn't be happier.

I found some berries.

And then I found this thing...

It's a limb that broke off during the hurricane and it just looks funny the way the pine needles are falling.

Wake up call at 5:45 AM tomorrow.

Time to relax and fall asleep.
